Justice Kavanaugh Sworn In

by Andrew Zarowny, 10/9/2018

Justice Brett Kavanaugh was publicly sworn in during a ceremony last evening in the White House East Room. The event was historic as it was the first time a former associate justice, Anthony Kennedy, administered the oath of office to one of his own former law clerks. Kavanaugh had been sworn in Saturday evening shortly after the U.S. Senate confirmed his nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court. Last night, President Donald J. Trump began the ceremony by apologizing, ″on behalf of the nation″ to Brett Kavanaugh and his family, for the ″pain and suffering″ they were ″forced to endure″. After he was sworn in, Associate Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh spoke briefly, thanking many, including his friends, for standing by him, and promising to serve the entire nation.

FBI Finds Nothing On Kavanaugh Allegations

by Andrew Zarowny, 10/4/2018

The FBI has turned over the results of their supplementary background check on Brett Kavanaugh. The word from the White House is that they found no corroborating evidence to support the allegations of sexual assault made against Kavanaugh. At least six people were known to have been interviewed, including the alleged witnesses to the Christine Blasey Ford accusation, as well as Deborah Ramirez, herself. Neither Ford nor Kavanaugh were questioned by the FBI. There apparently was no need to ask them anything. Senators will be allowed to read the FBI 302 reports starting this morning at 8am, EDT, ay a secure location. No recording devices will be allowed.

Brett Kavanaugh Wins Hearing Fight

by Andrew Zarowny, 9/28/2018

Judge Brett Kavanaugh won the day as he faced a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing again. Thursday began with Christine Blasey Ford giving testimony, for what it was worth. Her allegations of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh when he was 17 years old, some 36 years ago, still lacked any credibility. Republican Senators allowed Rachel Mitchell, an experienced prosecutor from Arizona, question Ford. Like a skilled surgeon with a scalpel, Mitchell dissected Ford’s story. More on that later. But it was Brett Kavanaugh who defended himself with vim and vigor, strongly denying all of the phoney allegations and blasting Democrat Party senators for their abuse of the system.

Christine Blasey Ford, Alien Abduction

by Andrew Zarowny, 9/24/2018

The more I read and hear about the account by Christine Blasey Ford on the alleged assault by Brett Kavanaugh 36 years ago, the more it reminds me of the alien abduction phenomenon. She cannot remember exactly where she was, how she got there, how she returned home and her recollection of who was present is all very sketchy. Very foggy. There is even the element of regression therapy involved! Mind you, I am not saying this is a bad thing. Many psychiatric studies point towards possibly between 2 to 4 million Americans believe they may have been abducted by aliens from outer space. Hundreds of thousands have very vivid accounts, and a like number have scars, including injection points on their bodies. Tens of thousands even have some physical evidence of metallic objects under their skin.

Brett Kavanaugh Senate Hearings Begin

by Andrew Zarowny, 9/4/2018

The Brett Kavanaugh Senate confirmation hearings begin today. President Donald Trump nominated Judge Kavanaugh to fill a vacancy on the U.S. Supreme Court. Democratic Party senators are determined to try and block his nomination. They are demanding hundreds of thousands of pages of documents despite more documents having been released than for any other Supreme Court nominee. Kavanaugh has been a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia for more than 10 years and has written some 300 opinions. He has gone through the confirmation process before, passing with flying colors with a near unanimous, bipartisan approval. There is no good reason to prevent him from sitting on the bench of the U.S. Supreme Court.
