Comey Memos Released, McCabe Referral, Too

Yesterday was yet another ′Big News′ day! The FBI and DOJ finally released the 7 James Comey memos to Congress. A redacted version was ′leaked′ to the Associated Press and went public. We also had the DOJ Inspector General forward a criminal referral on Andrew McCabe. This about one week after the IG report confirming his alleged ′lack of candor′ about leaking material to the press. Next, we had Rod Rosenstein informing the President that he is not a target of either the Russia nor the Cohen probes. Then, we have President Donald Trump adding none other than Rudy Giuliani to his personal legal team. Rudy to the rescue! His main job may be convincing Robert Mueller that it is time to wrap up his probe which, so far, is really going nowhere as far as the so-called ′Russian Collusion′ fable.

DOJ Inspector General Report On Andrew McCabe

The DOJ Inspector General, Michael Horowitz, released his report Friday about Andrew McCabe. The document confirms that there was just cause to fire McCabe as the Deputy Director of the FBI. Not only did McCabe have a ″lack of candor″ several times with investigators, including while under oath, he also was short on the truth to his former boss, James Comey. Of course, that street flowed both ways as there are allegations that Comey lied to McCabe as well. At the very least, this first installment, with more to follow, from the Inspector General shows that there was considerable dishonesty on the 7th Floor of FBI headquarters. The Bureau′s top management were lying amongst themselves, as well as to Congress and the American People.

Andrew McCabe Fired From FBI For Lack Of Candor

Late Friday evening, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced that Andrew McCabe was fired from the FBI. The outgoing Deputy Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigations was to retire on Sunday. McCabe was looking forward to an estimated $1.9 million dollars in pension for his nearly 22 years in ′The Bureau′. But, all of that came to a crashing halt this past week. Due to findings from the Department of Justice Inspector General, Michael Horowitz, McCabe faced the Office of Professional Responsibility. The OPR recommended to Jeff sessions that McCabe should be fired immediately for multiple incidents of a ″lack of candor″ to DOJ investigators. While a ′lack of candor′ is not a criminal offense by itself, some of the incidents occurred while McCabe was under oath. That could be among several potential criminal indictments McCabe may be facing.

Jeff Sessions May Fire Andrew McCabe

Attorney General Jeff Sessions may fire former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe today or tomorrow. Sessions received a recommendation to do this from DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz. McCabe has already decided to retire, which officially goes into effect this very Sunday. However, should Sessions decide to act before then, McCabe would lose his pension. The recommendation is the result of an internal probe as to McCabe′s conduct while on the job. He allegedly lied to investigators concerning whether or not he authorized some FBI personnel to leak information to the press. If he did, McCabe would have violated FBI rules, requiring an immediate dismissal, and potentially face felony, criminal charges.

McCabe Out At FBI, FISA Memo To Be Released

Andrew McCabe has a new title. He is now the FORMER Deputy Director of the FBI. McCabe got the boot Monday after FBI Director Christopher Wray visited Capitol Hill on Sunday and read the 4-page FISA memo. Wray may have also chatted the situation with DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, too. The New York Times is reporting the Horowitz may have told Wray that McCabe might be a subject of one or more criminal probes. Speaking of that FISA memo, the House Intelligence Committee voted to release it along party lines. The Democrat counter-memo did not pass the mustard for now. Under House rules, President Donald Trump has 5 days to review the memo, but many suspect that he will okay its release, perhaps even today!

Comey, McCabe FBI Text Messages Now Missing

Just what the hell is going on at the FBI? No sooner than the alleged missing FBI text messages of Peter Strzok and Lisa Page are magically recovered in 30 minutes, we now learn that the texts of James Comey and Andrew McCabe are missing! Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton shared this gem of news last night on the Fox News show, ″Justice With Judge Jeanine Pirro″. A court order stemming from a lawsuit Judicial Watch launched against the FBI on behalf of a former supervisor has yet to be fulfilled. The judge presiding over the case issued the court order to the FBI to turn over documents last September. The FBI has provided some of the requested documents, but the text messages of former Director James Comey Jr and current Deputy Director Andrew McCabe are apparently missing. So says the FBI. They cannot find them!

DOJ IG Report Charts FBI, DOJ Tainted, Biased Probes

A recent story by USA Today has revealed how the biased, FBI text messages were uncovered. The Justice Department′s top Inspector General, Michael Horowitz, has been conducting a probe since January on the FBI probe into the Hillary Clinton private email server. The 10,000 text messages between FBI agent Peter Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page were not the only questionable activities Horowitz found. The DOJ′s fourth ranking manager, Bruce Ohr, as well as the FBI′s top lawyer, James Baker, have both been recently reassigned from their senior positions. Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is now also planning to retire from the FBI in March as his activities are being questioned. There appears to be growing evidence of collusion within the FBI and DOJ amongst these high-level employees that they may have skirted, if not broken laws, to absolve Hillary Clinton and her staff of any wrong doing. On top of that, they may have also colluded to prevent President Donald Trump from getting elected, or, at the very least, create chaos in his taking office.

Andrew McCabe, Acting FBI Boss, Under Investigation

Seems we need a score card to keep track of who is being investigated in Washington these days. Bernie Sanders wife for alleged bank fraud, Michael Flynn for alleged something (the goal posts keep moving on this one), Loretta Lynch for alleged obstruction of justice, Bill and Hillary Clinton for numerous allegations. Now we add Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe for alleged violation of the Hatch Act. Oh-Oh!
